Terms of Business Please note: • you must be at least 18 years old to order tobacco products from Vision of Hemp. • you must be at least 18 years old to order seeds from Vision of Hemp. • the possession of hemp seeds is legal in most countries, but their cultivation into plants may be illegal. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that local laws are observed. • Vision of Hemp seeds may not be resold in countries in which the possession or distribution of hemp seeds is illegal. • Vision of Hemp seeds are sold as items for collectors. As part of our efforts to provide the best possible customer service we offer fair terms of business. Delivery Terms The items offered for sale are mostly in stock, so we are able to ship your order promptly (often on the day of payment). All products can be shipped within 2 to 14 working days. Guarantee We offer only branded products of original quality. Prices For deliveries within Switzerland VAT is included. Postal charges will be calculated separately. All prices and additional charges will be calculated according to rates current on the day of delivery, as displayed on www.visionofhemp.ch. We reserve the right to refuse an order if a database error results in an incorrect price. Delivery Due to local laws we cannot deliver certain items to some countries. A list of countries to which delivery is normally possible may be found here. Deliveries will be made by post or courier service. Shipping Costs Shipping costs will be calculated according to delivery country and order weight. Payment Mode Goods must be paid for in advance. Payments are to be made to our bank account in Switzerland as specified. Part Deliveries Unless otherwise specified on the email reply form, we reserve the right to make part deliveries. If initially only part of an order can be executed, the remainder will be shipped free of charge. Refusal of Delivery If delivery of our goods is refused without due cause, we will charge you for any costs incurred. Our right to fulfilment of contract of sale is not affected. Complaints Exchange of goods is only possible if we have executed your order incorrectly or if the product has a manufacturing defect. Goods returned must be accompanied by a copy of the order form or payment advice, as otherwise your complaint cannot be considered. If goods are damaged in transit you must notify us within 48 hours, otherwise your right to free replacement expires. We cannot exchange an item that fails to please. Warranty 1. the customer must inspect the goods on delivery and report any defects to Vision of Hemp     GmbH as soon as possible, at the latest within 8 days. 2. if the goods are defective you are entitled to restitution. If this restitution should twice prove     unsatisfactory, you are entitled to a price reduction or a refund. Liability Exclusions 1. we are not liable for packing errors. 2. we are only liable for gross negligence and intent. Court of Jurisdiction Our business transactions are based exclusively on swiss law. The Court of Jurisdiction is Basel. Basel, December 2007.
