The taste of FRED Roses is based on an American Blend mixture, which consists of three different types of tobacco: Virginia, Burley and Oriental.
100% natural (no additives)
The Virginia tobacco comes mainly from the USA and is dried with warm air. Its leaves are light golden to orange in colour and develop their aroma particularly in the mouth.
Burley tobacco is dark brown, reminiscent of chocolate and comes mainly from Europe. It gives the smoke a slightly salty, nutty taste that is felt mainly in the throat.
The Oriental tobacco leaves are smaller but very aromatic. They grow mainly in Greece and Turkey and are dried in the sun. FRED cigarettes contain a higher proportion of Oriental tobacco than many other brands, which gives them a sweet aroma that is particularly noticeable on inhaling.
