Purchase on account - Swissbilling
The possibility of payment option purchase on account is back!
swissbilling SA is a service provider, that allows you to receive your order with an invoice in a simple and secure way.
The Invoice will be sent from swissbilling separately from your order, per email or regular mail, depending on your choice. swissbilling’s services are based on a fix fee and your maximum order for the first purchase is CHF 350.00. The invoice is payable within 30 days. For security matters, shipping address and billing address must be identical. swissbilling keeps the right to have a credit check control done through it’s partner CRIF AG in Zurich (Tel.: 0848 333 222, www.crif.ch).
However, we have to restrict the use of this service somewhat.
This means that only customers who have already successfully ordered goods and paid on time can use this option in the future.
Purchase on account is therefore not available for new customers and their first order!
However, it is now possible to pay the invoice in several stages. To do this, simply select the desired option on the Swissbilling payment pages during the ordering process.
Purchase on account - FAQ
- I have already placed orders with you, but do not see the option for "purchase on account"!
The payment option should be activated as soon as your account has paid orders registered. Certain criteria (e.g. age of the last order is years ago) can however prevent this activation. If the option is not available to you but should be, please send us a message via the contact form (Subject = Websupport) with the request to activate purchase on account for your account. We will then activate the account immediately. Please use the email address with which you have registered the account with us. - I see the Swissbilling pages in French instead of English
Swissbilling does not currently offer English. Therefore the text will be displayed in French if the display language on visionofhemp.ch is not German. So choose German on visionofhemp.ch if you do understand German better than French!
