Please note:

The Atomizer is a wearing part and is comparable to an activated carbon filter. When the Atomizer has reached its end of life, it must be replaced. The Atomizer will last a long time if properly maintained, but it is also very sensitive. That is, if it is not 100% dry after cleaning, it can burn out very easily.

We can only give a DOA warranty on the Atomizer, meaning "Dead On Arrival".
So if the Atomizer does not work when the unit is delivered, this is of course covered by the warranty. However, if the atomizer burns out after 3 months, for example because it has not been dried sufficiently after cleaning, or has not been cleaned for too long, we cannot cover the costs for this.
