Please note:

The atomizer is a consumable, similar to an activated charcoal filter. When the atomizer reaches the end of its lifespan, it needs to be replaced. With proper care, the atomizer can last a long time, but it's also quite delicate. This means it can easily burn out, for example, if it's not completely dry after cleaning.

We only offer a DOA (Dead On Arrival) warranty for the atomizer, which means if the atomizer doesn't work when the device is delivered, it is, of course, covered by the warranty. However, after 3 months, we cannot cover the cost of a burned-out atomizer if it happened due to insufficient drying after cleaning or prolonged non-use.
