Please note:

The atomiser (the tip) is a wearing part and is comparable to an activated charcoal filter. When the atomiser (the tip) has reached the end of its life, it must be replaced. The atomiser (the tip) lasts a very long time with proper care, but is also very sensitive. In other words, if it is not 100% dry after cleaning, it can burn out very easily.

We can only give a DOA guarantee on the atomiser (the tip), i.e. "Dead On Arrival".

If the atomiser (the tip) does not work when the device is delivered, this is of course covered by the guarantee. However, if the atomiser (the tip) burns out after 3 months, for example because it has not been sufficiently dried after cleaning or has not been cleaned for too long, we will unfortunately not be able to cover the costs.

However, as we know that the atomiser (the tip) is a wearing part, we offer the replacement atomiser at cost price, so that it can be replaced cheaply if the worst comes to the worst.
